6 EASY STEPS TO RENT OUR CABINS: 
 

1.  Look at the calendar below to see if your date is available

2.  Complete the form below and request your date(s)

3.  You will receive an immediate response by email giving you the total for your dates, and a rental agreement to read and sign.  

4.  Once you have decided to sign the agreement, you can return by scan pdf or US Post office to:

5.  When you sign the Rental Agreement, you will need to pay for the rental.  You have 2 ways to pay for your vacation rental:

1)  Use Payment Option Below. allowing you to use credit card or Paypal account

2)  Send a check for the amount specified in your email from us.

6.  Once payment has been received, we will send send you an email confirming your reservation along with information you will need about accessing the property along with a welcome packet.       
       
Reservation is not locked in until we receive your payment in full 

LOCKING IN YOUR RESERVATION:  

When you are ready to make your reservation, we charge 100% upfront to hold your date.  Please understand that this non-refundable to discourage cancellations and missed opportunities for others.  

DEPOSIT:   We collect $300 for damage deposit.  This can be via credit card or by a separate check.  The housekeeping charge will be deducted from this deposit.  Deposit is refundable as stated in the Rental Agreement.
