• 7 acres of woods which includes 4 acres of mountaintop views after a 20-minute hike to the top with mountaintop vistas.
• Safe gravel country road that leads by Cove Creek for easy hiking, biking or horseback riding

• "Cowboy Cottage" available for additional guests or the relative that SNORES
  
• Turnout pasture for horses or room to host a very large outdoor PARTY
